Terms of Use
These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of https://coachneelu.com and https://growwithneelu.com (the “Site”) operated by Grow with Neelu (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing the Site or submitting a form, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
These Terms work together with our Privacy Policy, which describes how we handle personal information.
1. About our services
Grow with Neelu provides faith-based spiritual coaching, mentorship, discipleship support, and related educational or community offerings for women and families, as described on the Site. Services may be offered in person, by phone, video, or other agreed formats, including to clients located outside Minnesota.
2. Not professional therapy, medical, or legal advice
Important: Our services are for spiritual growth, encouragement, mentorship, and personal development. They are not psychotherapy, mental health treatment, medical care, legal advice, financial advice, or emergency services.
- We do not diagnose or treat mental health conditions and are not a substitute for licensed professional care.
- If you are in crisis or may harm yourself or others, call emergency services (for example, 911 in the U.S.) or a crisis line immediately.
- You are responsible for decisions you make and actions you take based on coaching or mentorship conversations.
3. Faith-based nature of services
Services are Christ-centered and rooted in biblical teaching as understood by Neelu and Grow with Neelu. Participation is voluntary. We respect your dignity; you are free to discontinue at any time.
4. Eligibility
The Site and primary coaching offerings are intended for adults (18+). Youth or family programming, where offered, may involve additional guidelines or parental involvement as communicated separately. By using the Site, you represent that you have the legal capacity to agree to these Terms.
5. Inquiries, applications, and scheduling
Submitting a general inquiry or discovery call application does not create a client relationship or guarantee acceptance, availability, or a particular outcome. We may decline or refer inquiries at our discretion. Scheduling through our booking tools is subject to availability and confirmation.
6. Fees and payment
Discovery calls or initial conversations may be offered at no charge unless otherwise stated. Paid coaching packages, if offered, will be described separately with pricing, payment terms, and cancellation rules before you are charged. Unless stated otherwise in a written agreement, fees are non-refundable except as required by law.
7. User conduct
You agree not to:
- Use the Site unlawfully or in a way that harms others or our operations;
- Submit false, misleading, or harassing content;
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site or related systems;
- Scrape, copy, or misuse Site content except as permitted by law;
- Record sessions without prior written consent where recording is restricted by law or our policy.
8. Your submissions
Information you submit through our forms must be accurate to the best of your knowledge. You grant us permission to use submissions to respond to you, evaluate fit for services, and operate our practice, as described in the Privacy Policy.
9. Intellectual property
The Site and its content (including text, graphics, branding, and materials) are owned by or licensed to Grow with Neelu and protected by intellectual property laws. You may view and use the Site for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written permission.
10. Confidentiality
We treat coaching and mentorship conversations with care. However, the Site, email, video platforms, and third-party tools are not guaranteed confidential channels. We may disclose information when required by law, to prevent harm, or as otherwise described in our Privacy Policy. A separate coaching agreement may provide additional confidentiality terms for paying clients.
11. Disclaimers
THE SITE AND SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE SPECIFIC SPIRITUAL, EMOTIONAL, RELATIONAL, OR LIFE OUTCOMES FROM COACHING OR MENTORSHIP.
12. Limitation of liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, GROW WITH NEELU AND Neelu WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SITE OR SERVICES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SITE OR SERVICES WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) AMOUNTS YOU PAID US FOR THE SPECIFIC SERVICE GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM OR (B) ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (US $100), EXCEPT WHERE LIABILITY CANNOT BE LIMITED BY APPLICABLE LAW.
13. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Grow with Neelu and Neelu from claims, damages, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your misuse of the Site, violation of these Terms, or violation of others’ rights, except to the extent caused by our gross negligence or willful misconduct.
14. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota and applicable U.S. federal law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Subject to applicable law, exclusive venue for disputes relating to these Terms or the Site shall be in courts located in Minnesota.
15. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. The effective date above indicates the latest version. Continued use of the Site after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms, to the extent permitted by law.
